Competitor Registration Form

Every (non-tiny tiger) competitor needs one of these. Download it, print it out, then turn the completed form into your instructor to register. Out-of-region competitors can save time by bringing this completed form with them to the tournament.

Weapons Registration Form

Every weapons competitor needs this additional form. Download it, print it out, then turn the completed form into your instructor to register. Out-of-region competitors can save time by bringing this completed form with them to the tournament.

Tiny Tiger Registration Form

Every Tiny Tiger competitor needs this form. Download it, print it out, then turn the completed form into your instructor to register. Be sure to mark what material the child will be performing at the bottom of the form. Out-of-region competitors can save time by bringing this completed form with them to the tournament.

ATA Xtreme Competition Forms (forms and/or weapons)

If you are competing in ATA Xtreme, be sure to complete this form. Download it, print it out, then turn the completed form into your instructor to register. Out-of-region competitors can save time by bringing this completed form with them to the tournament.

The official brochure for the tournament. Pass this out to all of your students! It has all the basic event information, including details on travel and staging times. It's 8.5" x 11" and designed as a tri-fold brochure -- a little different format than what you may be used to seeing...

Registration Tracking List (Acrobat file, 707 kb)

For those of us who like to write everything down... This is a good way to track competitors from your school during the sign-up process. We recommend stapling this to the front of a large manilla envelope, then drop competitor registration slips inside as they register at the school.
